Do you offer shipping?
Yes — we ship reptiles safely via FedEx Priority Overnight to your nearest hub for pickup. Shipping is weather- and location-dependent. We will work with you to schedule a safe, smooth delivery.
Is live arrival guaranteed?
Yes, when shipped to a FedEx hub and received on the first attempt. All animals must be unpacked and checked within 1 hour of arrival. Photo/video proof is required for any claims.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal (friends & family or add 3%), and cash for local sales. Short-term payment plans are available on animals over $300 with a 25% nonrefundable deposit.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Typical terms are 25% down, with the balance paid off in 30–60 days. Animals are held until paid in full. Custom plans may be available — just ask.
Are genetics guaranteed?
Yes, all het and visual genetics listed are guaranteed to the best of our knowledge and pairings. For incomplete dominant traits, visual expression may vary.
Can I see the parents or lineage?
Yes — we’re happy to share pairing info and lineage details when available. We selectively breed from high-end lines for consistent, reliable results.
Do you allow local pickup?
Yes, we’re based in Tucson, AZ. Pickup can be arranged by appointment. We occasionally vend at local expos — follow us on Instagram for show updates.
Do you sell unsexed hatchlings or only sexed animals?
It depends on the species. Most crested geckos under 10g are sold as unsexed. Ball pythons and boas are sexed before listing. All sexed animals are guaranteed.
Do you take trades?
Sometimes — high-end trades may be considered. We’re most interested in Desert Ghost Clown Pied ball pythons, IMG/Onyx boas, and high-end crested geckos. Don’t hesitate to reach out.
Do you offer group or wholesale pricing?
Case-by-case. We occasionally offer discounts for multi-animal purchases or returning customers.
Animal Care & Ethics
Do you prioritize animal welfare in your breeding?
Absolutely. Our animals are bred selectively — not mass-produced. Every pairing is intentional, and every animal is raised with proper care, space, nutrition, and enrichment. We breed for quality, not quantity.
Do you sell animals with health issues or defects?
No. We do not sell kinked, failure-to-thrive, or known genetic-defect animals unless explicitly disclosed (e.g., for pet-only). If something arises before shipping, we’ll always let you know.
Will you sell to just anyone?
We reserve the right to decline sales if we believe an animal is not going to a responsible home. We’re happy to answer care questions, provide guidance, and match you with animals that suit your experience level.
Do you breed spider, jaguar, or other known neurological morphs?
No. We avoid breeding morphs associated with known neurological or structural issues. Our focus is on producing healthy, thriving animals with strong genetics and predictable temperaments.
Do you provide care sheets or husbandry help?
Yes. We offer basic care sheets and are always happy to answer questions — before or after a sale. Whether you're new to boas, ball pythons, or cresties, we’re here to help you succeed.
Will you take animals back if I can’t keep them?
We can’t offer refunds, but we do accept returns or help with rehoming if you can no longer care for your Apex animal. We never want them ending up in a shelter or bad situation.
