Do you ship reptiles?
Yes. We ship reptiles via FedEx Priority Overnight in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging. Shipping is only done when weather conditions are safe at both ends. You'll receive tracking information once your animal is in transit.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Tucson, AZ by appointment. A valid ID and signed sales agreement are required for all live animal pickups.
What is your live arrival guarantee?
We guarantee live arrival as long as the buyer is present for the first delivery attempt and all shipping guidelines are followed. If there are any issues, contact us within one hour of delivery with clear photos.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available on animals priced over $500. A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required, and the balance must be paid in full within 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon. Animals are not shipped until payment is complete.
Are your animals captive bred?
Yes. All reptiles we sell are captive bred. Most are produced by us, and any animals sourced from outside breeders will be clearly identified.
Do you accept returns?
No. We do not accept returns on live animals. All sales are final, so please be sure you’re ready before purchasing.
Is it safe to ship reptiles?
Yes. We follow best practices and only ship during safe weather windows. Reptiles are packed in insulated boxes with heat or cold packs as needed.
What do your reptiles eat?
Snakes are fed appropriately sized frozen/thawed rodents unless noted otherwise. Crested geckos are fed Pangea and Repashy diets, with occasional live insects.
How do I reserve an animal?
Contact us through the website or social media. Once a deposit is placed, the animal is marked as on hold. Full payment and shipping arrangements must be completed within the agreed timeframe.

Yes. We’re always available for questions, care support, or husbandry help for animals you purchase from us.
